Standing Together has launched a new initiative, perfect for all knitters out there. We are encouraging people all over the world to knit scarves to send to our soldiers and we will happily bring volunteers to distribute them. Directions are available by email, just jot a quick email to scarvesforsoldiers@stogether.org.
The program is being chaired by 4 dedicated women who are doing their part for Israel’s Soldiers. Barbara Sternberg, Linda Kaufman, Rise Landsman and Miriam Greenwald are looking forward to receiving your emails and hoping to receive hundreds of scarves to distribute to our soldiers out the cold this winter.
Knitters all over the world can add their personal support for Israel’s heroes by knitting black, navy or dark khaki scarves for the young men and women protecting Israel this winter. It gets cold out there on patrol and we want you to show the soldiers you care about them. It will warm their bodies an hearts to know people outside of Israel are working to keep them warm.
